Who We Are

Beckie worked in Corporate America primarily in the financial, accounting, and non-profit areas for 30+ years. Her specialties were financial, project, and office management. Beckie has now resigned from Corporate America to focus full time on acquiring, revitalizing, and elevating multifamily communities. Beckie is also a member of the National/Texas/Houston Apartment Association.

Trent has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years. For the last 25 years he has worked as a program designer creating automations and interfaces for the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. During this time, he has supported both the clinical side (all revenue generating operations) and the business side (expense generation including close support for the General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Budgeting, Purchasing, Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources). He developed and oversees all banking transactions excluding wire transfers. He also works closely with 401k funding.  

 Graphic and Interior Designer

Kelsey is the youngest daughter of Trent and Beckie and proudly following in her parents footsteps. Kelsey works as a real estate professional and investor. She oversees the interior and exterior designs of the complexes and assists on due diligence. Kelsey creates the presentations, logos, and other graphics for GraKel.  

Special Projects

Grace is the oldest daughter of Trent and Beckie and is a proud mother of three beautiful girls. Grace assists with all special projects on GraKel properties such as remodeling design and data input. Grace offers a unique perspective to the design team and is essential to helping us redesign properties to better serve the families living there.
